HoangTuTools provides AI tools for processing video and speech. To carry out what you ask for, we need to receive and process the content you send us. This page explains briefly what we collect, what we use it for, and what you can ask us to do.

1. Scope
This policy covers the hoangtutools.com website, our web application and our VideoTranslate desktop application.
2. Data we collect
- Sign-in information: when you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and profile picture. We do not read your Gmail, Drive or any other Google data, and we never receive your password.
- Service usage information: your current plan, its expiry date, your balance, and the history of the jobs you have run.
- Content you upload: the video, audio, text, subtitle files, links and voice samples you provide for processing — together with the results produced.
- Technical logs: basic information about each use of the service, so that we can bill accurately, help you when something goes wrong, and prevent abuse.
We do not store your bank card details, and the website does not use advertising trackers.
3. What we use the data for
Only to carry out the job you asked for, to authenticate your account and bill it, to show your job history, to support you when something goes wrong, and to prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data, we do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
4. Sharing with third parties
Some processing steps rely on external service providers — mainly cloud storage and AI services (speech recognition, translation, speech synthesis, image generation). In those cases only the part of the data needed for that specific step is sent.
Beyond that, we disclose data only with your consent or where required by law.
5. Voice samples
If you use voice cloning, the sample you upload is used only to generate speech for your own jobs. The voice you create is private: only your account can see and use it. We do not use your voice to train models and we do not pass it to anyone else. You can delete it at any time from the voice manager.
6. Retention and deletion
Your files and job results are kept so that you can review and download them. There is no automatic expiry yet, so files stay until you ask us to delete them. Data may be stored on cloud infrastructure located outside Vietnam.
Keep your own copies of anything important — we are not a data storage service.
7. Your rights
You have the right to see your data, to delete voices you created, to ask us to delete your files or your whole account, and to revoke our access to your Google account at any time.
Send requests to [email protected] from the same email address you sign in with; we respond within 30 days. Note that deleting your account also deletes your history and result files, so download anything you want to keep before you send the request.
8. Security
We apply reasonable safeguards: encrypted connections, your files are not publicly listed, and internal access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, however; if an incident affects your data we will notify you by email.
9. Cookies and children
We use cookies only as far as needed to keep you signed in; we do not use advertising cookies. The service is for people aged 16 and over; if you believe we hold a child's data, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
When something changes we update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated version.
